1. General


This privacy policy describes BE DEAR's policy regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal data (‘Privacy Policy’). This Privacy Policy applies to the Website regardless of how you accessed it, including access or use using mobile devices. BE DEAR is the (data) ‘controller’ within the meaning of the Personal Data Processing Act (Wet Verwerking Persoonsgegevens).

BE DEAR may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to read it regularly. We will post substantial changes to our Privacy Policy on our Website.
Persons under the age of 18 but over 13 years old can only use BE DEAR's services with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. BE DEAR has no control over the privacy policies of third parties that may apply to you. In the event of a data leak, we will report it within 72 hours, unless the leak does not pose a risk to personal data.



10. Modify / unsubscribe newsletter service


At the bottom of every email message, you will find the option to unsubscribe. Subscribing to the newsletters can only be done via the Website and on your own initiative by providing your e-mail address.

Google Analytics:

Google Analytics cookies are only a small part of Google's cookies.
